I found livebrush recently, an adobe air program and I have to say for the type of sketches and drawings i do its brilliant. Its really easy to use the pen i use feels almost like a pencil, there are a few downsides, you can’t export the image to .svg without buying the full version but thats not to bad ( the full version costs $10 which seems quite reasonable), other then these its a great program for spending an hour or 3 treating your pc as a skecth pad.
